Transvestite and Chubs topped the straight and gay charts for the year of 2016.

AEBN’s long history puts us in a unique position to share adult industry trends based on extensive sales-based data. Here are the 2016 year-end statistics for our Straight and Gay Theaters.

 

STRAIGHT

In 2016, the Straight Theater’s largest spike in popularity was Transvestite, which leapt +57 points. Following that was Pantyhose/Stockings, which moved +26 points. Also moving up by large margins in 2016 were Lingerie and Small Tits (+20 each). The year’s most notable downward trend was Shemale Bareback at -31 points. Anime moved down -28 points, followed by Extreme Penetration (-27).

 

GAY

Out of all Gay categories, the most significant upward trends were Chubs (+15), Gloryholes (+11), and Hidden Camera (+8). Notable downward movements included Pre-Condom and Shaving (each -10 points) as well as Massage (-8).
