Big moves on the Straight top 10 include Cumshot jumping 5 places to return to the list after dropping out in the last quarter. POV moves up 4 places to rejoin after dropping out in Q4 2025. Big Tits moves up 3 places and Interracial and Fetish swap places from their positions in the previous quarter.

Vampire content moves up 49 places marking the highest point on the list since Q3 of 2024. Hand Jobs moves up 47 places to its highest point since the first quarter of 2019. Downward trends include Smoking content dropping –43 places and Enema moving down –40.

The top 10 list on the Gay theaters saw Cumshot content gaining 4 places bringing it to the highest point it has seen since Q1 of 2014. Taboo drops -3 places and Fetish gains 1. Anal, Bareback, Muscles, Twink, and Daddy hold firm to their places in the top 5 from the previous quarter.

Upward trends in the Gay charts included Cowboy up 14, bringing the category to its highest point on record. Both Chubs and Extreme Penetration up 10 each. Uniform, Latin, and Gender Queer are all down –13 places.
