This year we’ve seen a rise in Spanish Speaking on the straight chart and Model on the gay side. Taboo was the most popular straight category in 2017, while Anal was the ever-popular top of the gay chart.

Over AEBN’s long history, we have been in a unique position to collect stats that are based on sales. Here are the 2017 year-end trends in our Straight and Gay Theaters.

STRAIGHT

The biggest increases on the Straight chart were Spanish Speaking (+29), Nurses (+27), and Pony Play (+19). Transvestite moved down -35 over the year, followed by Smothering (-28) and Leather (-27).

GAY

The most significant upward Gay trends were Model (+13) and Parody (+12). Blue Collar, Double Penetration, and Outdoors each climbed the charts by +9. Downward trends included Thug (-13), Gloryholes (-11), and Brazilian (-10).
